2 - Important notes before applying

  • Fill out all mandatory fields marked with * are filled. Incomplete applications cannot not be processed.
  • When preparing files for upload:
    • Scan copies to ensure they are of high resolution and legible.
    • Upload files in PDF format (except for your photograph, which should be in JPG format).
    • Name your files appropriately (e.g., ApplicantName_CV).

Application Steps:

    Download and complete the "official nomination" form from the DAAD, fill it out, get it signed and scan it for upload.
  2. Step 2:
    Download and complete the "checklist" form from the DAAD, fill it out, get it signed and scan it for upload.
  3. Step 3:
    Register for an account on this online portal. Keep your username and password safe — they are needed to log in.
  4. Step 5:
    Log in to the portal with your credentials, complete the application form, upload the necessary documents in PDF format, and submit your application.
  5. Step 5:
    Wait for the result notification in end of 2026 to February/March 2027.
